Geographical coverage: We ship & deliver within India only. We use 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) companies as our delivery partners.

Shipping Days: We ship orders Monday-Saturday each week; Sunday and public holidays are excluded from shipping days.

Shipping timeline: All orders placed before 3pm (on Shipping days) are shipped out on the same day. Orders placed after 3pm are shipped out the next Shipping Day. While we try to deliver all orders within a maximum of 5-7 Days, there might be functional delays due to unforeseen events which may result in delayed delivery time. Our service partners occasionally face operational challenges with few PIN Codes. We make every effort to keep such changes updated on our website and communicate the same to our valued customers (in case of orders placed on these PIN codes).
