7 DAY EASY RETURN

For us consumer is the priority. You can try our garments and initiate a return within 7 Days of receiving the product. Every All About Mountains Garment comes with a tag attached to the garment that we request you to keep intact in case of returns. Our delivery partner would not accept the product in case the tag is damaged or cut off. This tag clearly contains a disclaimer “KEEP THIS TAG INTACT IN CASE OF RETURNS”. This tag cannot be manually put back after removing from the product.
While we have No-Questions-Asked return policy, still to serve you better on your next order we ask you to select the relevant reason from the drop down list while you are making a return. This information helps us to understand the reason of return and ensure your next purchase experience is delighted. We encourage you to pass on your comment in the space provided.

We understand a lot of our customer are making purchase on Allaboutmountains.in for the purpose of an event, function, party or marriages. While we try to deliver all orders within a maximum of 4-7 Days, there might be functional delays due to unforeseen events which may result in delayed delivery time. In such a situation, Allaboutmountains.in disclaims all liabilities.

Please note that the return window cannot be accessed after 7 days of the delivery.

Terms & Conditions Applied:

• We do not offer an Exchange Policy. You can simply initiate return and reorder a product.
• Item(s) must be in their original and unused condition within 7 days of receipt in the original box.
• Any tampering with the tags or garment will result in quality check rejection thus rejection of the return request.
• In case you receive a damaged or defective product, place the return within 7 days of delivery.
• Original barcodes, tags, labels, product, brand packaging and tag loop should be originally intact. Missing or tampering will lead to Quality Check rejection thus rejection of the placed return/refund request.
• You can return one or more items from the same order.
• Refund will be processed only after the product is received at our warehouse.

• In the form for Order ID, please log into your account, go to ‘Orders’ and copy the Order ID for the item you wish to return.
• To help us serve you better, please select the reason of ‘Return’ from drop-down list. 
• Your return process gets initiated.

RETURN PROCESS

COD ORDER

• For COD orders, you will be required to fill the account details where you would like your amount to be refunded.
• You will receive a confirmation SMS/Email.
• Reverse Pickup is done with 2-3 business days.
• It takes 5-7 Business days to ship item to our warehouse.
• Once QC is passed refund is initiated. (2-3 Business Days)
• Based on your payment method/Bank you will receive your amount with 2-7 Business days.

PAID ORDER

• For Paid Order refund is made automatically to the mode of payment used.
• You will receive a confirmation SMS/Email.
• Reverse Pickup is done with 2-3 business days.
• It takes 5-7 Business days to ship item to our warehouse.
• Once QC is passed refund is initiated. (2-3 Business Days)
• Based on your payment method/Bank you will receive your amount with 2-7 Business days.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

On Allaboutmountains.in you can initiate an order cancellation on whatsapp +91-9311777033 anytime post you have placed the order till the item is non fulfilable. Once marked as ready to shipped the items cannot be cancelled. As the items are shipped or in transit, we request you to accept the order and later return in such cases.

At times due to various reason Allaboutmountains can cancel the order by its own. You can check our Terms of Use page to understand in detail the reason to initiate such cancellation. 

NOTE: NO PRODUCTS WILL BE ACCEPTED IF THEY DO NOT PASS THE QUALITY CHECK PROCESS.
